Songs for Centering

Centering is a simple form of prayer, but not easy. One of the hardest things to do today is simply “to be.” This CD will facilitate and support whatever form of meditation or centering prayer you practice. It is a compilation of five meditative songs from Lynda’s earlier CDs. Each song frames a designated period of silence. You may select a song containing either 5,10,15 or 20 minutes of silence or an open-ended amount for your session of meditation or centering prayer. Be assured that Lynda’s voice will provide a gentle exit from your silence.
